Impossible Cloud – Full Promotion Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 25, 2025
Promotion End Date: December 31, 2025

1. Eligibility

1.1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is available only to new business customers of Impossible Cloud GmbH (“Impossible Cloud”) who are legally registered entities within the United States or Canada.
1.2. The Promotion is not available to existing Impossible Cloud customers, resellers and distributors.
1.3. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”).

2. Promotion Overview

2.1. Impossible Cloud will reimburse eligible participants up to three (3) months of their current provider’s contract fees if the participant is bound by a minimum-term agreement with another provider at the time of registration.
2.2. Reimbursement will be issued as service credits applied to the participant’s Impossible Cloud account.
2.3. Cash payouts are excluded.
2.4. Reimbursement is subject to individual review and approval, including verification of:

• The participant’s valid and active contract with a third-party provider; and
• Evidence of ongoing payment obligations for the remaining term.

3. Documentation Requirements

3.1. To qualify, participants must submit supporting documentation, which may include:

• A copy of the existing provider’s service contract, and
• Proof of recent payment or billing statements confirming contract activity.

3.2. Impossible Cloud reserves the right to reject submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable.
3.3. Decisions on eligibility and reimbursement amounts are made at Impossible Cloud’s sole discretion and are final and binding.

4. Complimentary Gift

4.1. Upon successful completion of data migration to Impossible Cloud, eligible participants will receive a complimentary premium sushi-making set.
4.2. The gift has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is available while supplies last.
4.3. Only one gift will be issued per eligible business entity.
4.4. Impossible Cloud is not responsible for delays or unavailability of the gift due to supply constraints or shipping limitations.

5. Promotional Period

5.1. The Promotion is valid from October 25, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
5.2. All inquiries and documentation submissions must be received by Impossible Cloud no later than December 31, 2025 to qualify.
5.3. Impossible Cloud reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitations

6.1. This Promotion does not constitute a binding contractual offer and participation is subject to approval by Impossible Cloud.
6.2. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
6.3. Impossible Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Promotion.
6.4. Impossible Cloud reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time and to deny or revoke benefits if fraudulent or misleading information is provided.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Promotion Terms and any dispute arising in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

7.2. The courts of Hamburg, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or relating to this Promotion.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. If any provision of these Promotion Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.2. Failure or delay by Impossible Cloud in enforcing any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
