Impossible Cloud strengthens European operations with Daniel Arabié

12.09.2025

Daniel Arabié joins as VP of Sales, bringing 25+ years of cloud industry experience to scale partner ecosystems and drive European expansion.

Hamburg, Germany – Impossible Cloud, Europe’s premier cloud provider, is expanding its leadership team by appointing Daniel Arabié as Vice President of Sales. With deep cloud expertise, Arabié will play a key role in driving the company’s ongoing growth and expansion.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT and cloud industry—including positions at global market leaders such as Cisco Meraki—Arabié brings deep expertise in developing and marketing innovative cloud solutions. Throughout his career, he has increasingly taken on strategic roles in business development and expanded his specialization in international growth. Most recently, he was responsible for business development in the DACH region and Eastern Europe at Wasabi. In this role, he not only led the establishment and management of the regional sales team but also handled complex international contracts and successfully introduced a new managed service model. Thanks to this combination of technological expertise, international market insight, and strong leadership skills, Arabié is now regarded as a leading expert in scaling cloud business models and building efficient, growth-driven structures.

In his new role, Arabié will align Impossible Cloud’s sales strategy firmly toward scalability and market penetration—with a strong focus on developing the partner ecosystem. This includes the targeted expansion of a high-performance partner and distribution programs, the introduction of clearly structured and automated sales models, and the deepening of strategic technology alliances. Through this, he will lay the foundation to sustainably drive Impossible Cloud’s growth together with strong partners.

“The market for sovereign cloud services is in a pivotal growth phase. Daniel Arabié combines innovative drive with a strong understanding of people, partners, and the channel ecosystem. He is the ideal choice to execute our expansion strategy and build sustainable structures in the market,” says Dr. Kai Wawrzinek, CEO and founder of Impossible Cloud.

“Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply European companies are influenced by hyperscalers—and how strong the demand for sovereign alternatives is becoming. With Impossible Cloud, we have the opportunity to close that gap. My focus is on strengthening the channel and equipping partners with the tools they need to unlock new business opportunities. It’s critical that we don’t just meet European values like data sovereignty, GDPR compliance, and customer proximity—but truly live them. From my experience in the international cloud market, I know that sustainable growth only happens when partners are given trust, clear structures, and reliable models. That’s exactly the path we’ll pursue in Europe—to build a strong, future-ready ecosystem,” explains Arabié.
